CAN I ENROL FROM OUTSIDE THE UK?

Yes. All our courses are available to UK residents and Non-UK residents. Contact us for any further support.

HOW DO I COMPLETE ENROLMENT FOR THE TRAINING?

To fully enrol through our website, select the course that you would like to enrol into and add it to the cart. Available payment options include debit/credit card or electronic funds transfer. For any further information, please contact us.

WHAT IS THE NEXT CAUSE OF ACTION AFTER ENROLMENT?

You will be sent an email with your payment receipt, a programme structure for your booked course and a simple set of instructions on how to prepare for the training.

WHAT DO I NEED ON THE TRAINING DAYS?

You will need a laptop with internet connection, and we expect that mobile devices be switched off except during the designated break period. Miroja Solutions will provide all the essential tools you need for the training.

DO I GET A REFUND WHEN I CANCEL MY ENROLMENT?

Miroja Solutions offers generous terms and conditions for cancellations and transfers to future enrolments. Most participants choose to defer rather than cancel. Specific terms and conditions can be found here.

DO I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE AT THE END OF MY TRAINING?

Yes. Miroja Solutions will issue a certificate of achievement at the end of your training if you fulfil all the requirements. We are approved by the CPD group as a training provider.

IS THE CERTIFICATE INCLUDED IN MY TRAINING FEE?

Yes. The course certification fee is included in the cost of the training as well as course materials.
